Here are the details:

• You may return your purchase in the first 60 days from the date of purchase for a full refund of your purchase price
• Item must be in like “new condition”, meaning no visual or technical damage
• Item must be returned in its original packaging including cloth cover with all accessories and manuals
• Before returning please contact our customer service team for a free consultation, to ensure your current setup is optimal and/or we identify the right fit for your room and system going forward
• To return or upgrade your REL follow these simple steps
  1. Complete
     Return Authorization Form
  2. Our customer service team will be in contact with shipping labels and a return authorization
  3. Pack the unit in the original cloth bag and packaging with all accessories
  4. Place the return authorization inside your box
  5. Place the shipping label on the outside of your sealed box
  6. Schedule a pickup or drop off at a FedEx location near you
