If for any reason you are unhappy with our products within the first 60 days of your purchase REL will gladly accept the return of “like new” merchandise. Products received in “like new” condition, packed in the original box, with the cloth cover, and all accessories (Hi-level cable, power cord, and manual) are eligible for a full refund, in the original form of payment.
*If your product was damaged in transit, please contact REL by filling out the return form or contact us at (510) 990-6005 within 48 hours of receipt.
Follow these steps to complete a free return for a complete refund as part of our 60-day free trial – available only for purchases from Rel.net.
- Complete the return form. Click here for the US return form or click here for the UK return form. We will ask you a few questions about your return and issue you a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#) and shipping label within 2 business days. You must complete the form within 60 days of your original purchase date.
- We will contact you for additional information if we believe the issue can be resolved because of configuration issues.
- Pack up the merchandise in the same manner it was received. This includes covering the subwoofer with the cloth bag originally provided. Then, placing the subwoofer in the original box with the original packing material. Next, include all accessories provided (Hi-level cable, Power cord, and manual). Lastly, tape the box securely with shipping tape.
- Securely apply the provided shipping label. To avoid delays in shipping please remove or cover up any shipping labels from the original shipment. Drop the sealed box at your closest FedEx office for shipment back to our facility. Please make sure that the box is scanned by a designated FedEx representative to ensure it can be tracked during transit. REL Acoustics cannot track, and will not guarantee delivery of any items that were left in a self-service drop box. Note: REL Acoustics has several shipping and receiving facilities. Be sure to use the shipping label provided by REL to avoid delays in processing your return.
- The package containing the product you’re returning must be postmarked within 10 days of receiving your RMA#
- Please allow 3 business days to process your return once the package is received at our facilities. During holiday periods please allow for more time. You will be notified by email when your return has been completed.
