The high-level, unbalanced, dual-channel (stereo) input is via a Neutrik® Speakon® connector which is connected to the power amplifier's left and right channel speaker terminals. This has the advantage of ensuring that the REL receives exactly the same signal as the main speakers. This means that the characteristic of the bass signal from your main system is carried forward into the REL. This is a very important point and together with the REL’s Active Bass Controller (ABC) ensures far superior system integration of the sub-bass with the main system.

Dear all
I purchased a T2 REL subwoofer and initially connected my stereo system to the Low-Level Phono Input using banana connectors due that my Neutrik Speakon was missing. After several songs, the subwoofer becomes silent, then I connected to the LFE/1 which stills working but the low levels are not there. Finally, I found the Neutrik Speakon cable and connected as recommended, the yellow line on the positive of the Right Channel and the Black cable in the same channel but in the negative terminal and the Red cable connected to the other speaker channel red terminal, no sound is coming from the amp still. Looking wit thanks for your kind advice. Aldo
